(1)	The offer is valid until 31 July 2026.
(2)	The offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited to 5 qualified organizations as determined by CITIC Telecom CPC at its sole discretion. Each organization may enjoy the offer once only.
(3)	The offer is intended to provide an initial assessment and recommendations only and does not include any full-scale implementation, system integration, or paid professional services.
(4)	AI Opportunity Analysis Reports will be prepared based on the information and assumptions provided by the customer and generally available industry knowledge. CITIC Telecom CPC does not guarantee that any recommended AI initiatives, use cases, or roadmap will achieve specific business results, performance improvements, or financial outcomes.
(5)	Customers are responsible for attending an interview session with CITIC Telecom CPC, during which the discussion will include, but is not limited to, the customer’s business context, priorities, data environment, and system landscape.
(6)	Both parties must maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information.
(7)	CITIC Telecom CPC will handle customer data securely and in compliance with data protection regulations.
(8)	CITIC Telecom CPC reserves the right to terminate, suspend or withdraw the offer and change the terms of the offer at any time without prior notice.
(9)	In case of disputes, CITIC Telecom CPC reserves the right of final decision and is binding on customers.
