Terms & Conditions

1. The TrustCSI™ MSS POC service offer is valid until 30 Nov, 2023 on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. The TrustCSI™ MSS POC service offer applies to new TrustCSI™ MSS customers only and each customer can only enjoy the free trial once.
3. The TrustCSI™ MSS POC service offers customers a 30-day trial of TrustCSI™ MSS service, and will collect logs from max 20 units of security devices (same or different types of devices), max 8 types of security devices and max total daily log capacity 10GB/day. 
4. The Customer shall be responsible for configuring the Monitored Device(s) in order to enable the Monitoring Platform to receive logs from the Monitored Device(s).
5. The Service Commencement Date of TrustCSI™ MSS POC Service(s) is the earlier of: (i) the date on which CPC issues a notification to the Customer that the first Monitored Device(s) log has been received by the Monitoring Platform, and such date shall apply to all other Monitored Device(s) under this Agreement without regard to the actual date of such other Monitored Device(s) log being received; or (ii) five (5) working days after the date on which CPC informs the Customer that installation of the TrustCSI™ MSS Local Appliance has been completed.
6. The Customer shall promptly notify CPC of any failure and/or maintenance of the Monitored Device(s) such that CPC can properly provide the TrustCSI™ MSS POC Service(s). CPC shall not be held liable for any interruption of the TrustCSI™ POC MSS Service if Customer fails to notify CPC for the activities stated in this Clause.
7. The Customer shall promptly inform CPC of any changes effectuated in the Customer Environment, change of the Monitored Device(s) or any changes to the nomination and/or authorization level of the person engaged in performance of TrustCSI MSS POC Service(s) as designated by the Customer. CPC shall not be held liable for any interruption of the TrustCSI™ MSS POC Service if Customer fails to inform CPC for the activities stated in this Clause.
8. The Customer acknowledges that modifications to the Monitored Device(s) (such as a future release to the Monitored Device(s)'s operating software) or to the Customer Environment may cause interoperability problems or malfunctions in the Monitored Device(s) or the Customer Environment. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that it is the Customer's responsibility to maintain, at its sole costs and expenses, the Customer Environment to be interoperable with the Monitored Device(s) so as to assure the availability and accessibility of the Services.
9. CPC shall have no obligation to provide the TrustCSI™ MSS POC Service(s) where the respective Monitored Device(s) that: a.has been subjected to unusual physical or electrical stress, or misuse; or b.has been modified, merged, relocated, repaired, serviced or otherwise attended to by a party other than CPC or without CPC's prior written consent; or c.is "end-of-life", obsolete or which runs a version of operating system and/or application software that d.is no longer supported or maintained by the relevant manufacturer or licensor or supplier; or is not properly configured and/or has interoperability problem with the Hardware and/or TrustCSI™ MSS Local Appliance.
10. CITIC Telecom CPC reserves the rights of the final decision regarding termination, suspension, or withdrawal of the promotion offer and change of these terms for the promotion offer at any time without prior notice.      
11. In case of dispute, CITIC Telecom CPC reserves the rights determination which is conclusive and binding on the subscribers.
