AI SOC Services POC Offer

1.
The offer is valid until 30 Sep, 2026 on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. The offer applies to New TrustCSI™ MSS customers and is limited to 5 qualified organizations located in Hong Kong, as determined by CITIC Telecom CPC at its sole discretion. Each organization is eligible for the offer once only. Organizations that select the “AI SOC Services POC Offer” are NOT eligible for the “TrustCSI™ Security Assessment POC Offer”.
3. The AI SOC Services POC offers customers a 30-day trial of TrustCSI™ MSS service, and will collect logs from max 20 units of security devices (same or different types of devices), max 8 types of security devices and max total daily log capacity 10GB/day.

The Customer shall be responsible for configuring the Monitored Device(s) in order to enable the Monitoring Platform to receive logs from the Monitored Device(s).
5. The Service Commencement Date of TrustCSI™ MSS POC Service(s) is the earlier of: (i) the date on which CITIC Telecom CPC issues a notification to the Customer that the first Monitored Device(s) log has been received by the Monitoring Platform, and such date shall apply to all other Monitored Device(s) under this Agreement without regard to the actual date of such other Monitored Device(s) log being received; or (ii) five (5) working days after the date on which CITIC Telecom CPC informs the Customer that installation of the TrustCSI™ MSS Local Appliance has been completed.

The Customer shall promptly notify CITIC Telecom CPC of any failure and/or maintenance of the Monitored Device(s) such that CITIC Telecom CPC can properly provide the TrustCSI™ MSS POC Service(s). CITIC Telecom CPC shall not be held liable for any interruption of the TrustCSI™ POC MSS Service if Customer fails to notify CITIC Telecom CPC for the activities stated in this Clause.
7.
The Customer shall promptly inform CITIC Telecom CPC of any changes effectuated in the Customer Environment, change of the Monitored Device(s) or any changes to the nomination and/or authorization level of the person engaged in performance of TrustCSI MSS POC Service(s) as designated by the Customer. CITIC Telecom CPC shall not be held liable for any interruption of the TrustCSI™ MSS POC Service if Customer fails to inform CITIC Telecom CPC for the activities stated in this Clause.
8.
The Customer acknowledges that modifications to the Monitored Device(s) (such as a future release to the Monitored Device(s)'s operating software) or to the Customer Environment may cause interoperability problems or malfunctions in the Monitored Device(s) or the Customer Environment. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that it is the Customer's responsibility to maintain, at its sole costs and expenses, the Customer Environment to be interoperable with the Monitored Device(s) so as to assure the availability and accessibility of the Services.
9.
CITIC Telecom CPC shall have no obligation to provide the TrustCSI™ MSS POC Service(s) where the respective Monitored Device(s) that: a. has been subjected to unusual physical or electrical stress, or misuse; or b. has been modified, merged, relocated, repaired, serviced or otherwise attended to by a party other than CITIC Telecom CPC or without CITIC Telecom CPC's prior written consent; or c. is "end-of-life", obsolete or which runs a version of operating system and/or application software that d.is no longer supported or maintained by the relevant manufacturer or licensor or supplier; or is not properly configured and/or has interoperability problem with the Hardware and/or TrustCSI™ MSS Local Appliance.
10. CITIC Telecom CPC reserves the rights of the final decision regarding termination, suspension, or withdrawal of the promotion offer and change of these terms for the promotion offer at any time without prior notice.
11.
In case of dispute, CITIC Telecom CPC reserves the rights determination which is conclusive and binding on the subscribers.

TrustCSI™ Security Assessment Services POC Offer

1.
The offer is valid until 30 Sep, 2026 on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. The offer applies to NEW TrustCSI™ Security Assessment Services customers and is limited to 5 qualified organizations located in Hong Kong, as determined by CITIC Telecom CPC at its sole discretion. Each organization is eligible for the offer once only.
3. Organizations that select the “TrustCSI™ Security Assessment POC Offer” are NOT eligible for the “AI SOC Services POC Offer”.
4.
One-time black-box vulnerability scanning service applied to selected website with a single URL, when followed up with one-time black-box penetration test service applied to this same URL.
5. OR One-time black-box vulnerability scanning service applied to infrastructures with a maximum of 50 hosts (up to two different host types), followed up with one-time black-box penetration test service applied to two selected hosts from these hosts.

Conducting analysis of the above findings.

Provide assessment findings in report.
8.
All services are conducted within Hong Kong on a one-off basis.
9. Services provided in office hours.
10. CITIC Telecom CPC's office hours are from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, Monday to Friday but excluding public holidays specified by Government of Hong Kong and any adverse circumstances evaluated by CITIC Telecom CPC (as determined in the sole opinion of CITIC Telecom CPC).

All works will be performed from remote by default.
12.
CITIC Telecom CPC reserves the right to use any tools available to fulfil the service.
13.
Only known vulnerabilities with known exploits will be attempted.
14.
Denial of service and intrusive scanning are not performed.
15.
CITIC Telecom CPC bears no responsibility for any system failures, hardware or software issues, network device malfunctions, server problems, application errors, or data loss experienced by the customer during or after the service period. The customer is solely responsible for any related financial losses.
16.
CITIC Telecom CPC reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or withdraw the promotion offer and to change the terms and conditions of the promotion offer at any time without prior notice.
17.
In the event of any disputes, CITIC Telecom CPC reserves the right to make the final determination, which shall be conclusive and binding on the subscriber.
18.
Customer's responsibilities:
  1. To ensure the devices, hosts, systems, and services availability for assessment.
  2. To ensure the devices, hosts, systems, and services accessibility for assessment to and from the assessment tools, console, and appliances, and ensure the corresponding firewall(s) allows the cross-network access to and from the vulnerability assessment tools, console and appliances.
  3. To allow the Internet access for the assessment tools, console, or appliances to update the latest information.
  4. To allow the assessment appliances installed at Customer data center, with proper protection if necessary.
  5. To allow and assist the installation of assessment target applications on CITIC Telecom CPC’s testing environment if necessary.
  6. To backup and restore systems or services in case of unexpected events.
  7. To assist CITIC Telecom CPC for any request for the smoothness and completion of the assessment
  8. To guarantee all the information provided are accurate and correct.
