The free professional service is limited to Veeam Agent and / or Veeam Backup Server installation and configuration services on the customer's side.

Additional professional service cost will be charged for any new demand or changes of request after the acceptance of the project.

All customers who place orders during the promotion period can get one 7-day restoration service token, regardless the total number of machines or data to be restored, for free. O365 is excluded from this restoration test.

With this service token, customers can apply for backup data restore test which lasts for 7 days to ensure the availability of backup files. The testing resources will be withdrawn by CITIC Telecom CPC after the 7- day period. |

Any unused service token will be forfeited after 12 months upon the contract signed.

CITIC Telecom CPC reserves the rights of final decision regarding termination, suspension or withdrawal of the above promotion offer and change of these terms of promotion offer at any time without prior notice.
